Morgan Zimmerman had just graduated from Sanglamore and been assigned to the Triarii Protectors when the Fortress Republic order came in. As a native of Dyev, which would be outside the wall, she struggled with the decision to leave her people behind. When Knight Gideon Nostra-Gardbaum came looking for forces willing to continue the fight outside the walls, Zimmerman happily agreed. It has been a hard few years since that decision and Zimmerman has grown in skill and earned a field promotion to Lieutenant.

Zimmerman is a private individual and a consumate professional on the job. She disagreed with the decision to come to Irece, but only expressed that to Knight Nostra-Gardbaum privately.

Zimmerman understands that she is a soldier and has something of a disdain for the unprofessioalism of clan warriors, which has led to some difficulties in force integration.
